Gary Baird has over 30 experience in all aspects of the real estate industry and in various capacities has been a key participant in thousands of real estate transactions. Gary is the co-owner and managing broker of HomeSalesCO,LLC . He was a state certified appraiser for 16+ years and was a state expert in the real estate field, being called on for courtroom testimony. He also has experience in the mortgage industry, having originated numerous mortgage loans. He and his wife Pam started their real estate career in the residential appraisal business. Pam Baird is co-owner and the licensed Office Manager at HomeSalesCO. Pam is a GRI, E-Pro and Certified Military Housing Specialist, as well as having been awarded 5280 Magazine's 5 Star Real Estate Agent award. Pam is a graduate of the University of Kansas, (go Jayhawks!) and has lived in Colorado since 1997. She has been around real estate her entire life, having grown up with parents and grandparents in the construction industry. She and Gary owned a custom home building company in Kansas in the 1980's. For many years, Pam was the office manager for Baird & Associates Real Estate Appraisals, and she has had her Real Estate sales license since 2004. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family and long walks with their GoldenDoodle Rocky.
Michael Baird is an alumni of Douglas County High School in Castle Rock, and the University of Colorado in Boulder. He is a former collegiate and professional golfer, and has worked part-time in the family real estate business off and on since high school. Michael became a full time licensed real estate broker in 2013 and is already one of the Metro area’s top-producing real estate agents. He is now the lead buyer’s agent for HomeSalesCO. Michael was recently awarded the Denver 5280 Magazine's 5-Star Real Estate Professional "Rising Star Award". This award is limited to only roughly 50 agents statewide. Michael is a CMHS (Certified Military Housing Specialist) and, to date, has helped over 100 families buy or sell their home.
